'It\'s another super hot, sunny Friday afternoon in Apex, NC and the #purpletruck heads out to Lifetime Fitness to serve the masses! The day starts off great and then in the middle of a banger shift the health inspector shows up to inspect our truck. That puts a total of seven people on the truck at once and makes it a little stressful and super cramped! We pass the inspection and keep getting it.  The team grinds out another super busy shift by working well together and after making post-shift acai bowls for everybody we wrap it up and head back to the commissary.
